Terms of use.
- By placing an order on www.online-cigarettes-shop.com you enter a purchase contract and agree to the terms&conditions;

Product's and quality.
Cigarettes at www.online-cigarettes-shop.com are made in Europe, and correspond to European specification and quality, unless otherwise. 1 carton contains 200 cigarettes. All prices indicated per 1  carton with delivery.

Goods delivery.
We deliver per 1 carton of 200 cigarettes only to following countries:  United States , Portugal , Japan , Argentina , Denmark , Bulgaria , Romania, South Korea, Greece, Spain, Austria, United Kingdom.   . The cigarettes  are delivered by Registered Priority Airmail and need to be signed for upon arrival. We deliver only 2 cartons per parcel. If you order, for example 5 cartons of cigarettes, the order will be delivered separately 1+2+2 cartons. In the unlikely event that your goods are not received in good time, please email us at sales@online-cigarettes-shop.com quoting your order number. If you are not able to quote the order number, please provide your name, the delivery address and the approximate date of your order. We will attempt to track the order but should we be unable to do this, we will replace the goods free of charge.

Delivery Time.
The average delivery time to United States is 2 - 3 weeks, to Europe is 1 - 2 weeks. In some rare occurrences your packages may be delayed in the process of shipping, please let us know so we can attempt to track your packages. If you do not receive your packages within 30 days, these packages are declared lost or stolen and we will guarantee to resend you the packages or to fully refund you the money for your order.

Shipping info.
All orders are shipped within 24 hours once your credit card has been validated, excluding weekends and holidays. In the event that your order is split up into two or more parcels, the parcels are shipped at a rate of one a day. Since these parcels are shipped on different days, there is a chance that their arrival could be a few days apart. In order to avoid fraud and to protect our valuable customers we ship via Registered Priority Airmail only.

Order Cancellation.
In case of need to cancel an order, you are able to do that within 12 hours after payment completion. You must send an email to sales@online-cigarettes-shop.com requiring your order cancellation & containing order #, your name, shipping address. Otherwise your order will be fulfilled & charged respectively.

Return policy.

Then, return the unused merchandise within 10 days of receipt and we will exchange the merchandise or refund your credit card. Claims & Refund.
-If you have not received your order within 30 days, it's declared as lost or stolen. Please, send an email to sales@online-cigarettes-shop.com containing order #, your name, shipping address. Your claim must be approved by official post authority during 10 working days upon our requirement. When approval is completed you are guaranteed to receive your order according to the terms of delivery time.
-In the unlikely event that a faulty or incorrect order is received by the Customer, the Company will replace it immediately following our subsequent receipt of those goods. If this is impossible, we will make a full refund of the purchase price Such Goods must be returned to us within 10 days of represented receipt. The Customer will be responsible for arranging return transportation, and postage costs thus incurred will be on Customer's account without subsequent reimbursement. Should your goods be seized by Customs and Excise, we are unable to refund any money until the appeals procedures have been undertaken and confirmation of the outcome has been received within seven days of its conclusion in writing to the Company. In the unlikely event that goods are not subsequently returned to you by the Customs and Excise, and having complied with the Company's Terms and Conditions, we will replace your order FREE OF CHARGE.

International Duty Laws.
It is your responsibility to determine whether Internet purchases of cigarettes in your area are prohibited under local laws. In the event that you are charged duty upon receiving your parcel you have a choice to pay the duty or refuse the package, in which case the package will be returned to us and you will receive a refund for the order.
